Reduction off cooking times
The use of short wave heaters allows a reduction in baking times, bringing a new dimension to product quality

 

 

  Flashy only uses electricity when baking is necessary. The time varies in accordance with the short wave /baking chamber temperature ratio, starting a new countdown which resets every time a new product is entered. If the time programmed elapses without another product being entered, the machine shuts off the lamps, greatly reducing energy consumption, as well as heat, outside peak hours.







Characteristics

The speed of the belt can vary automatically every 10 seconds if the short wave/temperature ratio has changed.
Independent upper and lower section control, allowing power to be increased or reducted in either of the two areas.
Has 30 settings to automatically adjust to different products.
Nine independent programmes allow you to bake different products with individual settings by simply changing the programme number.
All programmes can be encoded so that the programming can be visualised, but not changed without the code.
Automatically dectects the product when is placed on the belt.
